They missed my first session but I'm a forgiving man. 2nd time around they arrived within the window provided and gave me a notice call 45 minutes before they arrived. Andre and Lorenzo were professional, funny and taught my wife and I many things about our system including an issue we had no idea about. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My house system is clean and we couldn't be happier.

I hired EM Duct Cleaning and Andre, Lorenzo and Clint came out to clean my vents, returns, dryer vent and blower motor. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service and the results! I wouldn't be surprised if the ducts in my 1940's house had never been cleaned and I was shocked to see the before and after - they looked like different vents and the amount of dust and spiderwebs and pet hair that was in there was shocking. They kept me updated on what they were doing and gave me tips about my HVAC system for quick DIY maintenance I could be doing myself. They were super respectful of the space and gave top-notch service. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!

I’m glad I was able to come across this company to clean my vents. Deon is very clear in explaining to me how the furnace works and showed me how dirty our vents were. After he cleaned it with Tony, it’s so much better to breath. Also, they got a lot of small toys from the vents. The previous tenants had kids and they must have dropped them in there lol.
